Merchant Data Breaches Affected 13.9% of Credit and Debit Cards in 2013

NAFCU Chief Economist, David Currier, said the results of a recent association study are “staggering.”  According to the responders an average of 10,300 debit and credit cards (13.9% of their total portfolio) were affected by merchant data breaches last year alone. [2/11]
