Credit Unions Are Still Top in Consumer Satisfaction

Credit unions’ American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) increased by 3.7% for an overall score of 85, while banks’ score increased by only 1.3% for an overall score of 78. Free checking, lower loan rates, and better member service are cited as key reasons why consumers continue to rate credit unions higher than other financial institutions. [12/11]
