HUD Seeks Comments Regarding AFFH Tool

HUD’s Affirmatively Furthering Fair Housing (AFFH) rule aims to assist and further fair housing, and has pledged to create three assessment tools for its program participants. HUD is now requesting comments on the proposed State and Insular Area Assessment Tool, and has posted sample maps and tables to facilitate public input. [3/11/16]
