Sharks Circling in Hunt for Discharged Debts Showing Up on Credit Reports

Attorneys are monitoring the credit reports of debtors who have gone through bankruptcy, but whose discharged debts are still showing up on credit reports. Then they bring class action suits for violations of the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Waiting for the consumer to request that you clean up their credit report may not be the best strategy these days.
