OCC Stands for SCRA

Bank of America has received a $30 million civil money penalty due to violations of the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA). The bank is ordered to step up its act when it comes to SCRA compliance and fix the 73,000 customer accounts affected by its non-compliance. [6/1/15]
