FICO Launching Pilot Program for New Credit Scoring Model

FICO, along with LexisNexis and Equifax, is starting a pilot program with 12 of the largest credit card issuers for a new credit scoring model designed for consumers with thin credit files.  The model incorporates alternative data, such as property records and information from telecommunication and utility companies.
