Panelists Condemn Payday, Auto Title Loans, But Offer No Alternatives

Panelists, including CFPB Director Cordray and representatives of consumer advocate organizations, gathered in the "predatory lending capital of the East Coast" (Virginia) to condemn payday and auto title lenders.
